Beyond3D is a studio for high-end 3D visualisation, animation and immersive content, based in the Netherlands. For questions about this privacy statement or the processing of your data, reach us at info@beyond3d.nl.

Company details: Beyond3D, Dorpsstraat 119, 1566 AD Assendelft, the Netherlands · Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 34384848. We are the data controller for the data collected through this website.

Project form: when you complete the form on "Discuss your project", we process the data you provide yourself, such as your name, email address, company name and the description of your project or enquiry.

Email contact: if you email us directly, we process your email address and the content of your message.

Website usage: we measure how the website is used at an aggregated level. This is done partly cookie-free (Vercel Analytics) and partly via Google Analytics 4.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, to discuss and carry out a project, and to improve the website. We do not sell your data and do not use it for unsolicited marketing.

The basis for processing form and email data is the performance of, or preparation for, an agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering contact enquiries. For analytical cookies we request your consent where legally required.

To handle the project form we use Resend (email delivery). The website is hosted by Vercel. For website statistics we use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4.

Data processing agreements have been concluded with these parties where necessary. Data is only shared insofar as it is needed for the services mentioned.

We keep data from project enquiries for as long as needed to handle your enquiry or assignment, and afterwards insofar as statutory retention obligations (such as the tax retention obligation) require. Data we no longer need is deleted.

You have the right to access, correct or have your personal data deleted, and to object to processing. Send a request for this to info@beyond3d.nl.

If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

This website uses functional and analytical cookies. Vercel Analytics works cookie-free. Google Analytics 4 places cookies; where legally required, these are only placed after you have given consent.

We may amend this privacy statement when our way of working or laws and regulations require it. The most current version is always on this page.
