Bloem, holiday villas on Texel
Making holiday villas sellable on the feeling of arriving, before the first pile goes into the ground.
With high-end holiday villas, the buying decision often falls before construction begins. The imagery should not explain the floor plan, but sell the experience. For Studio Hugo we brought Bloem into view through the eyes of the future guest, with light, material and the Texel landscape as lead players.

Bloem is a development of high-end holiday villas on Texel. For a project like this, the buying decision often falls before the first pile goes into the ground, so the villas have to convince on imagery alone.
Commissioned by Studio Hugo, we brought the design into view through the eyes of the future guest: not the floor plan, but the feeling of arriving and staying. Light, material and the view across the Texel landscape were central to every composition.
The visualisations give the villas a tangible, enticing face, material for sales, marketing and alignment, long before anything is built.
