Boksschool de Ring
A boxing school with the character of a high-end hospitality venue, in view before the renovation.
The ambition of De Horeca Fabriek was no ordinary gym, but a destination with the material, light and atmosphere of a bar or restaurant. A concept like that is hard to explain on a floor plan. We brought the interior into view with styling that presents the space as a destination, sporting and welcoming.
The challenge
Showing a high-end boxing school with a hospitality character convincingly before the renovation, sport and atmosphere in a single image.
Visual strategy
Material, light and spatial experience as the starting point. Images that present the boxing school as a destination, not as a training room.

Boksschool de Ring is no ordinary gym. The ambition of De Horeca Fabriek was a place with the character of a high-end hospitality venue: material, light and atmosphere at the level of a bar or restaurant, with the boxing ring at the heart of the space.
A concept like that is hard to explain on a floor plan. We brought the interior into view before the renovation, with camera positions and styling that present the space as a destination rather than a training function. The emphasis was on tangibility: how the materials feel, how the light falls, how you move through the space.
The images made the concept concrete and sellable, and let the client and everyone involved see the boxing school as it was intended: sporting and welcoming.
