Stage visuals that carry the story, not interrupt it.
LED content and moving worlds for musicals, theatre and live shows, developed in line with direction, set, light and cue timing, so the image always serves.

What are stage visuals?
Stage visuals are moving or static 3D worlds played on LED screens, projection surfaces or projected backgrounds as part of a theatre, musical or live show production. Good stage visuals are not a video clip: they are precisely timed to direction, light and music, and reinforce the story rather than steal attention.

02 / 06
Three types of client this works for.
01
Musical and theatre producers
Complete LED content per scene, synchronised with script, light and set. Experience with large Studio 100 musicals.
02
Concert and show directors
Visual worlds for live shows, theatre tours and TV productions, tightly timed to set list or cue sheet.
03
Set & lighting designers
Visual work that complements the scenographic concept; thinking along with the set and lighting design pipeline.
— approach
03 / 06
How we work, briefly, in four steps.
Script & direction as starting point
We work from the scenario, directing concept and cue sheet, not from a loose briefing. The image emerges with the show.
Visual direction per scene
For each scene or number a visual world is defined: colour, movement, rhythm, degree of abstraction versus recognisability.
Production & sync
Content is rendered at the right pixel and aspect ratio, with timing tuned to the light and sound plots.
Tech rehearsal & follow-up
During technical rehearsals we are available for final adjustments, timing, colour or intensity.

Answers to what clients usually ask first.
- What does stage content for a musical cost?
- Stage visuals for a full-length musical are estimated per scene / per sequence. A production with around 10 to 20 scenes typically lands between €15,000 and €60,000 depending on complexity, degree of animation and the number of LED zones. Send the production briefing for a concrete estimate.
- At what point in a production should we begin?
- Ideally you are in conversation with us 8 to 14 weeks before technical rehearsals. Earlier involvement means more room to align with direction, set and light, that is where the difference sits.
- How do you deliver content for LED grids?
- In the pixel resolution and aspect ratio of the specific LED grid, in production codecs (MOV ProRes, MP4 or unsigned). For complex grids with an irregular shape we deliver mapping-ready files.
- Do you work with disguise, MA, Resolume Arena or similar systems?
- Yes. Content is prepared for the common media servers and lighting consoles. We align formats and sync with the technical crew.
- Can we have adjustments made during the tour?
- Yes, smaller revisions (colour, timing, content per city) are usually processed within 1 to 3 working days. For larger changes we plan revision windows.
- Do you also make visuals for concert tours and TV shows?
- Yes, alongside musical work we have experience with concert productions, award shows and TV formats where LED content has to sit on cue.
